Permits Required for:

• Building a new home
• Structural Changes to an existing home
• Sidewalk, new and replacement
• Moving a house
• Changing the location of an external door
• Building a shed or outbuilding larger than 80 square feet
• Installing a Fence

Building Permits Not Required for:

• Roofing repair or replacement
• Siding or painting
• Sheds less than 80 square feet.
