Our apologies for the extra bill coming out, the billing cycle that went out did not have the correct amount, if you already paid from the other bill, no worries, your account has been credited and you can disregard the new bill.  Please note:  If you pay after the due date, there will be an extra $25.00 fee.  The first set of bills that went out, did not have this figured in.  It was corrected in the system which is why we had to reprint bills.  Thank you for your patience and our apologies on this mix up.

Public Notice

The Board of Trustees consists of five (5) members, citizens residing within the corporate limits of the Village of Pleasant Dale who are registered voters.

Currently, there is one (1) vacant seat to fill a four-year term

 Board meets regularly, the second Thursday of each month @ 7:00 P.M.

Special meetings may be held as needed.

Candidates must be registered voters and resign in Pleasant Dale.

Vacancies for Trustees are filled by the Village Board.  The Chair (or Vice Chair in absence of a Chair) shall submit the name of a qualified registered voter for each vacancy to the Board of Trustees for a majority vote and may continue to submit names until a majority vote is attained for each position.    The Board will consider filling the vacancies noted at the next regular meeting of the Board on December 8th, 2022.

The Village of Pleasant Dale is seeking a Part-Time Water Operator up to 15 hours per month.

The person must be licensed by, or willing to take required courses with, the State

to hold a Class IV license.

Planning and Zoning Committee Vacancy

The Planning and Zoning Committee consist of Five (5) Members with one Alternate of the Public who represents a cross Section of the Village Population.

Currently, there is One (1) Alternate Vacant Seat which will serve as a three (3) year term.

Special meeting may be held as needed.

Duty of the Commission is to make and adopt plans for the physical development of the village and its one-mile planning jurisdiction.

MUST live within corporate limits of the Village

Members serve three-year terms, unless re-appointed by the Board.  Appointed position are made by recommendation of the chairman and approved by the Village Board.
